Rita Robinette has a diverse background in economic development, market research, planning, and product development. Rita has collaborated with Hargrove International on several projects, including:
 
  • Consulting team member providing technical expertise for READYNonprofits, an online training program and resource center part of the Appalachian Regional Commission’s (ARC’s) READY Appalachia Initiative.
    • Developed a dedicated education and resource website portal where 200+ nonprofit organizations received online training and over 1200 users accessed curated content.
    • Designed an online application and approval process with the ability for ARC and state program managers to review and approve applications online.
  • Consulting team member providing technical expertise for the Louisiana Birding Trails Statewide Update
    • Developed a dedicated website to collect birding trail nominations, record on-site assessments, score sites with specific criteria, and add other information relevant to the site and visitor experience.
  • Developed several corporate websites and a cultural heritage tourism resources website.
  • Developed a website to promote a national Heritage Tourism event held at the U.S. Department of Commerce, including online registration.
