Thematic Trails

Linking historical and cultural sites, communities, or nature-based activities together like a string of pearls can enhance their individual marketability and sustainability. An effective “trail” or linked collection, however, needs a common thread connecting them together so each asset contributes to the overall experience. Criteria for trail participation are also important to recognize contributing assets to create a critical mass of activities that can be marketed as a thematic group.

From inception to interpretation, Hargrove International identifies and implements a results-driven process to create or enhance a thematic, marketable trail to brand locations and add activities for residents and visitors.

  • Theme identification and naming
